I researched producers which I thought would be suitable to exhibit, produce and distribute our film. Firstly I looked for a producer which came under the genre of the type of film we are planning to make and direct. With this in mind I came across the company ‘Ingenious Film Partners’ which associated with in production the movie ‘Shrooms’. The reason I chose to look at the producers of ‘Shrooms’ is mainly because of its setting. The movie is set in a countryside woodland area. This is some what similar to the setting of our film which has helped us engage with ideas, such as which shots to be taken to give the best effect of thrill. 
The other production company I came across was ‘Estudios Picasso’ I chose to research this company due to the inspiration from the film ‘Pan’s Labyrinth’ Similarly to the film ‘Shrooms’ it is set with in a woodland area of which the protagonist is a little girl, relating back to the theme of our movie.
